The rules. Short version.

• These terms govern your use of SneakyFees at sneakyfees.com.
• Service operated by Cypher Works LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with registered office at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901.
• By using the service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• You must be a United States resident. Access from outside the United States, including the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, is blocked. Attempting to bypass geographic restrictions violates these Terms.

• We use AI to analyze uploaded bills.
• We identify potentially disputable charges based on general billing patterns.
• We provide suggested phone scripts and guidance for disputes.
• We recommend third-party services that may help you reduce bills.

SneakyFees participates in affiliate programs including CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction LLC), Impact.com, and direct partnerships with companies including BillShark, Rocket Money, and others.

When you click a partner link and take a qualifying action such as signing up or completing a transaction, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Our partner recommendations are based on product fit for your situation, not commission rates. We do not accept payment to include specific partners in our recommendations.

Affiliate links are disclosed throughout the site with the notation "AFFILIATE LINK" or similar.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload bills that are not your own, or for which you do not have authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Exceed rate limits or use automated tools to submit bills.
• Submit fraudulent or falsified bills.
• Use our output to harass service providers or make bad-faith disputes.
• Impersonate others.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

• SneakyFees content, AI analysis output, and suggested scripts are owned by Cypher Works LLC.
• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the output for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded bills. You grant us a limited, revocable license to process them for the purpose of running the analysis.
• AI analysis is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic's usage terms may also apply to the processing of your content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cypher Works LLC, its officers, employees, partners (including CJ Affiliate, Impact.com, and our direct affiliate partners), and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your interactions with third-party service providers, including phone disputes you initiate based on our guidance.
• Your violation of any law or regulation.
• Any bill or content you upload that infringes another party's rights.

• Service provided "as is" and "as available".
• No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Our maximum total liability is the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (currently $0 as the service is free).
• Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations. These limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware or remotely.
• You waive your right to a jury trial.
• You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit against us.
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

• By creating an account or submitting your email, you consent to receive transactional emails (your analysis report, account updates).
• We may also send occasional promotional emails about SneakyFees.
• Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Transactional emails are not subject to unsubscribe under CAN-SPAM.
• Our physical mailing address appears in every email footer per CAN-SPAM.

• Cypher Works may terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with or without notice.
• You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your data, email privacy@sneakyfees.com.
• Sections covering intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

• We may modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be announced via email or site banner.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Check "Last updated" date at top of this page.
